Frédéric Robichon - Running the Wellington Ultramarathon for WMS
On Saturday 12 July Frédéric Robichon ran the Wellington Ultramarathon to raise funds for Wellington MS.
It was an amazing run although the weather was not great, it was very muddy and slippery, but Fred still enjoyed the run and did very well! Even better, Fred's sterling effort raised $1186 for Wellington MS, which will go towards funding our vital free mobile Community Advisor service, which enables PwMS throughout greater Wellington to live their best lives. Thank you so much Fred!

Fred decided to raise funds for WMS as his wife Katharina is a senior MS researcher. We met Katharina and her colleagues a few year's ago through our Patron Anne La Flamme and we're very grateful for all that team do for us - they've spoken at AGMs, run regular bake sales and given hands-on support at our quiz nights. It's been a gamechanger, because our team is so small and they support us and our fundraisers really well.
