A New Car for our Community Advisory Service
In August Wellington MS purchased a new car to support its free mobile Community Advisory Service, thanks to generous grant funding it received from three funding partners: Pub Charity Limited, Aotearoa Gaming Trust and the Dorothy M Hamilton Memorial Trust.

Wellington MS President Steve McCloskey says “It’s important for clients and Community Advisors alike that the cars that support our wonderful free mobile Community Advisory Service are efficient, reliable and fit-for-purpose.

With our funders’ support Wellington MS is able to ensure that our MS families stay contributing, connected members of their communities for as long as possible. The new car replaces a 14 year old car previously used to deliver the free mobile Community Advisory Service, which was becoming less reliable which meant maintainance costs were rising.
